Staffing
Our onsite workers are professional and customer-service driven. Giving your attendees the best experience possible is our goal. Our event associates understand the importance of answering attendee questions quickly and accurately. We know that getting your attendees to their next session on time is of utmost priority.
Meeting Perfect has internal staff to fill every onsite position, from registration workers to door monitors. We also hire and manage local temporary workers as needed. Our key onsite staff positions and responsibilities are:
Event Director – Oversees the entire event, food & beverage, room block, venue, VIPs, and press
Registration Manager – Manages pre- and onsite registration and hotel reservations
Technical Manager – Coordinates audio/visual, meeting room setup, presenters, and onsite equipment
Exhibits & Advertising Manager – Manages exhibitors, advertisers, and sponsors
Event Associate – Works the registration counter, assists at food service and special events
Room Monitor – Greets attendees, monitors meeting rooms, checks and scans badges
